Matthew Porretta was the star of TNT's The New Adventures of Robin Hood. He played the outlaw himself, fighting the bad, stealing from the rich, and giving to the poor.
Matt has starred in other shows as well as Robin Hood. He has been on Beverly Hills 90210 (have you seen him as Dan Rubin?) and in that comedy movie of Mel Brooks "Robin Hood: Men In Tights". (Remember him as the adorable Will Scarlet O'Hara?)Maybe you remember him from another of Mel's spoofs, "Dracula: Dead And Loving It."
Matt has been in many more films, including "The Unveiling". He's done 2 broadway shows, "Les Miserables" and "Passion". (do you have the soundtracks, perhaps?)
Matthew is 6'1 (he sure does apply to the 'tall, dark, and handsome' look) and has long brown hair w/ brown eyes.
